Aargh, that is SUCH a shame that this set is a bootleg, Dinoviper. I had hoped it was real, especially considering there was a new human adventurer - but alas. I don't know, I'd probably still pick it up if I saw it. And, I LOVE that backdrop that came with the box. I hope you kept it!

Sorry I don't have pictures, but today I rec'vd a Pirate 2 dark water voyage "expedition attack" playset. It features a knock off CM shark (poorly painted) and a pirate figure that is also poorly painted. The weapons look like direct copies of the CM versions only a bit smaller, as if they used the real thing as the master for their molds. The box art features a mixture of genuine CM product and their copies................ I bought it on ebay, the price was right AND it is a different shark for my collection. -UrsaUnsane
While I didn't buy them, I saw new Chap Mei bootlegs at the Dollarama. They were incredibly shrunk down versions of those Chap Mei Dragons and Dinosaurs with the pop-off ball joints, sold in an egg-shaped bubble and all with the DRAGONS label not unlike that Spinosaurus I showed off before (even though a third of the assortment is dinosaurs. XD).
I might get one or two later, but I had other purchase priorities today.

Once I take the time to figure out how to upload photos, i'll post what i believe to be bootleg sets. Set 1 Dinosaur Control & Rescue playset (kool toyz brand) and Set 2 Wildlife playset - Ultimate Animal playset (kid connection brand)
This is a horrible bootleg I found on a russian mail order site. It's got the small gate from Legends of Knights, a bootlegged Lord Kestrel from Quest for Dark Beasts, and a dragon/creature that looks like something they took off a Megablocks mold. It's such a shame stuff like this gets sold, as the quality looks absolutely deplorable... but at the same time, I can't help but look at it with a sense of wonder. Craptastic!
This bootleg is actually more like it. Crappy plants and an obvious Megablocks dragon, but I'm not averse to that knight - that one actually looks good, and looks to be an original sculpt, as well. If the plastic is of acceptable quality, that knight could work very well alongside Chap Mei.

I'll just post one pic of this three piece set just to show the front, again the light up feature works, all these sets are made of a combination of hard plastic bodies and rubber extremities, pretty solid construction on most.
