This small line of assorted Chap Mei dragons was sold through Kmart in the United States and distributed by Lontic. The line focussed on dragons (hence the name, of course) but also included a few knights. Assuch it is an unofficial sub series of the Legends of Knights (Medieval Kingdom) cycle. This ' Dual Dragon' set was the first I found, containing a blue Nereus and a red Arcturus. Here is the back of the box: And on the side, the azure blue version of Arcturus: This set was bigger, and did not only contain the azure Arcturus but also some smaller knights that were seen in the older Medieval Knights series, and the small dragon that was part of Hercules. This box also has a nice backside, looking like this: And of course some more pictures on the side:

Here are some pictures of the three dragons I have collected so far. Because Chap Mei has, sadly, not given any names to the other two dragons, I've decided to name them myself in a similar fashion. Since Arcturus is in fact the name of a star, that dragon represents the skies; the red dragon represents the flame and is named Ignus, which is the greek word for flame. The remaining dragon represents water, and is named Neritus, which is derived from the term neritic, which is a specific depth of water. From left to right: Ignus, Arcturus, Neritus And here with Neritus most prominent, really showing off the colour difference between the dragons. Also note that the translucent plastic used for the wings and tongue is red for Neritus and orange for Arcturus.
