ID Help What Line?

Greetings All,
I received an unknown Chap Mi figure in the mail today. It is a dinosaur looking critter with an ammunition belt slung over its shoulder. Prss the button on its belt and the top part of the head lights up red and the lower jaw lights up green. What line is this guy from? Thanks, UrsaUnsane

OK, I seem to have found the answer for my own question: It is a Lizoid from 1998. Now, the big question? Who just has to have one?

Oh, I definitely know what that is. You have a Lizoid . They were available carded with 1:72 scale army men and vehicles to destroy, and were done in three different colours, though they all share the same sculpt: blue, brown and green. I myself have the blue and green one. I will post pics when I get the chance!
