Yup, that's the way to go. Anyone here in Europe want to be a trade partner? Or just outright seller? Happy to pay costs and then some for the effort! I want this entire line and most of the recent Medieval Kingdom stuff.

I would really like some of these, especially Slucius Demogroth, I hope it comes over to Ireland, though no sign yet. The only places I can see to buy them online are ToysRUs stores that won't ship iinternationaly. Boo! Though they are the kind of toy that could appear anywhere.

There was more on the site that I visited, and since I already have the Orcus repaint in hand I can confirm that ALL of these are official Chap Mei product. They are being put out alongside very similar product that is also brandedas knights, but look a lot less like Chap Mei. Also, ALL of the figures I've shown have original Chap Mei weaponry, the others do not. The packaging of these figures was also different, albeit slightly so. These figures MIGHT be Chap Mei, but I somewhat doubt it. The Red Demon and the Orc soldier are from BBi, i have them and their package has BBi written on them, i wish i had them on card, but i threw them out after i took the figures out.

Hello all,
New to the forum. I was drawn in when I happened upon images of the Chap Mei Minotaur online. I'm a big fan of the Papo Mutant/Animal Men line and thought the Minotaur (with a proper paint job) would be a great addition to that set. I started looking into where he could be found/purchased and ended up here. I'm happy to see he has been reissued with better paint apps, though I would still take him to another level if I get my hands on one.
Anybody have any luck making any Northern European inroads? I'm going to see what a manager at a state side TRU has to say about ordering it directly from a European store and having it sent to a US TRU for pickup.

I've noticed that stores as flyers in northern europe were still listing these for the holidays in december last year, so they're not gone... but I haven't been able to spot any on european Ebay sites at all unfortunately. I only have Severin the Sorcerer, and that's it.

Too bad. I'm ready to pool our funds and put the forum member who is nearest to a TRU that sells these on a plane to that country to nab a bunch for resale. I wonder if we could find an eBay seller from a country that carries these and ask them to pick some up and list them as "buy it now" with shipping to the US allowed. Seems like someone who specializes in action figures and figurines might be willing to help us out and make some money in the process.

Dear Jumalatar,
Welcome to the forum! I might have to take you up on that offer =) I myself live in the Netherlands, so shipping under 2 kg at least will be cheaper - € 20,50 if I'm reading it right. So that's not the problem. the hardest part will be which figures I like most!!
Again, thank you for the offer. I'll definitely get back to you. In the mean time, make yourself at home !
Oh, and I cleaned up that pile of text that your picture host seems to want to place =)

This one definitely wasn't included in the line the first time around. I definitely would've saved the picture! It doesn't appear to have a name and goes by 'two headed wolf'. Fair enough =)

I last week managed to visit BR-lelut toy store. I bought Scilla the jade dragon and Shentin the mighty minotaurus figures. Sadly they didn't have two headed wolf, have to look for it somewhere else. Anyways, here's some pictures for ya: First up whole shelf full of goodies~ Scillas paint job is very nice, slightly bit lacking, teeths aren't fully painted unlike with blue dragon who's are painted from every side. Also button and tail parts remain unpainted. Scilla has three holes on his feet since he was screwed on to the package. Also Chap Mei stamp has been moved on to his front hand. For some reason half of the stomach mold has been smoothed out. Next up Shentin the minotaurus, very gorgeus figurine. Currently my absolute favorite. Oh and I couldn't keep my hands of from it and fix the paint.

Oh man, absolutely fantastic! Those pics sure make me drool. This is the first time I've seen user pics of these, aside from the one figure I have myself. Great job on touching up Shentin too! The best paint jobs are the ones that you can't distinguish from the original. Great job!

Man, Those repaints look Amazing. I think i'm going to have to find a way to get those over to America. That has been one of the most difficult things about aquiring Chap Mei products. Even getting shipping from China seems to be cheaper than shiping from Europe. Its too bad there isn't a Chinese store I could order these from
