I did not see a thread for these... Just found them in (HUngary) TESCO for 600 HUF each (about 2.3$). They come in blindbags and also in 2-packs, though the latter only contain 4 of the 8 characters.
These are pretty fun toys - they are small simplified versions of the Ninja Curse characters it seems. The plastic quality is very good, if a bit rubbery, but hard.
The gimmick is that you can take each figure apart - the head and torso detach with pegs, while the arms with quite sturdy ball-joints - and make tons of combinations.
Each figure comes with 4 weapons, and they are pretty unusual weapons in some cases. I ended up with the werewolf with punch daggers (like a Diablo III monk) who also has a staff with chains and a katana, and a fire-elemental/undead dude who has two saw-edged swords, a weird sickle and a spear-like "shovel".
The silliest of these is the sensei in the chinese hat who has snakes for a beard and a snake-staff, but there is also a guy who looks like Marvel's Carnage with Wolverine claws, and a greek stone warrior, and even a samurai in the colors of Transformers G1 Bludgeon but with a robotic face resembling G1 Hot Rod.
As they are pretty cheap, you can easily buy them for weapons, too.
